Quick Ship Metal 3D Printing Services

We 3D print and deliver most metal parts in 10-15 business days, depending on the number of parts you’d like printed, material selection, geometry, and quality requirements.

Materials currently eligible for Quick Ship include 316L and 17-4PH stainless steels, as well as 420 or 316 stainless steel infiltrated with bronze. Other ExOne qualified materials are available through our Premium Quoting services.

Our production facility outside of Pittsburgh features several ExOne metal 3D printers, including the Innovent+ and X1 25Pro. These systems are capable of delivering dimensional accuracy of +/- 2.5% on the first print run. If you require even better accuracy, we encourage you to request a Premium Quote so we can prepare a proposal to meet your detailed quality requirements. We can also ensure your part meets hardness, metallurgy, surface finish and other requirements.
